Project description, planned conclusions and results:
Highly sensitive high-tech scintillation and scintillation-ionization detectors of signal electrons for scanning and environmental scanning electron microscopes will be researched and developed through the use of mathematical-physical modeling and Monte Carlo simulations, and the sharing of cutting-edge technologies and know-how. The results of the project, characterized by high technological level and high added value, build on experience and effective academic-corporate cooperation and are intended for the global market. The result of the project implementation will be the creation of 7 prototypes.
